It also helps us introduce new products into the market, as we have a route and partner that is perfectly suited to trial the product and then can moved and tested between industries until we find its most successful positioning.
All our partners share a theme of championing Scottish produce and local sourcing, we use local suppliers not only because they provide a better-quality product it means we can provide traceable provenance for our partners. We have seen an industry shift with consumers for more responsible sourcing as people are really taking an interest in where their food and drink comes from. We try to ensure all our suppliers are ethically trading to bring the best quality product to market to meet our partners food and drink service needs.

Brakes has committed to Scotland for nearly 30 years and since 2016 has rebranded as Brakes Scotland to emphasise the depth of quality products that Scottish producers have to offer. This is where we help, we work in partnership with Brakes and have developed an industry leading range of Beers and Spirits. Daily fulfilment and just in time picking from our on site warehouse facilities enable them to pass on the ultimate flexibility to their customers.
The Food and Drink Hub offer us a bespoke service, supplying a wide, tailored range of local Scottish produce to our stores to supplement our core national range.
