Sam is the marketing guy for The Food & Drink Hub. His passion for food and drink is from 8 years in the Pub industry, working for Spirit Pub Company and Greene King. He worked across many of the managed pub brands side of the business. He helped to manage many of the Greene King portfolio of brands, form Flaming Grill in the value sector to Loch Fyne at the more premium end of the scale. His love of marketing stems from his time at University where he studied marketing management at De Montfort University in Leicester whilst also achieving the IDM certificate in Direct and Digital Marketing.
Sam is a keen action and adventure enthusiast and loves skiing in the winter and the surfing whenever there are waves. When not thrill-seeking Sam enjoys watching football, playing PlayStation or going back to his roots and finding a new pub to try out.
