Scrambled Egg with Smoked Salmon Flakes
Our recipe will make the fluffiest scrambled eggs and with the addition of smoked salmon flakes, it makes for a delicious lunchtime treat.
- Amhuinnsuidhe Castle Smoked Salmon Flakes
- 2 Large Eggs
- 2 tbsp Milk
- Pinch of Salt and Pepper (to taste)
- 2 tsp Butter
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with milk vigorously and add your salt and pepper. Leave to stand.
In a pan or skillet, add your butter and heat on a medium-high heat until sizzling. Whisk the eggs again briefly and then pour the mixture into your pan.
Stir the mixture occasionally with a wooden or heat-proof spatula until they have reached your desired consistency. Remember not to over cook them as they continue to cook when on the plate!
Take off the heat and put on your serving plate. At this stage, add in your smoked salmon flakes and enjoy!
