Homemade Tablet Ice Cream
This simple and quick ice cream recipe is the perfect end to a dinner party that will not leave you stuck in the kitchen for hours.
- Skye Glen Butter Vanilla Tablet
- 1/2 tin Condensed milk
- 600ml Double Cream
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Put the condensed milk, cream and vanilla into a large bowl.
Beat with an electric whisk until the mixture turns thick and forming quite stiff peaks.
At this point, add in broken pieces of Skye Glen Tablet.
Transfer into a freezer safe container or a large loaf tin. Cover with cling film and put in the freezer until solid.
