Raspberry & Blueberry Smoothie

A simple and refreshing way to start your mornings.

  • 1 cup of raspberries
  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 1/2 cup of strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups of vanilla yoghurt
  • 1/2 a lemon
  • 1 cup of crushed ice
  • 2 mint leaves

Add the crushed ice into the blender and squeeze the lemon over it. Chop up the banana and place inside, along with the other ingredients. Process until smooth and pour into a glass of your choosing.

Garnish with raspberries, blueberries and mint leaf.

Wine suggestion with this recipe

French white – an unoaked Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire Valley (such as Quincy) or if serving with chicken or pork, French red – a young red Bourgogne Pinot Noir.
