Sustainable Shores

October’s theme for the Year of Food and Drink Scotland is Sustainable Shore. The aim of the whole year is to highlight Scotland’s abundance of quality produce to our people and visitors, displaying that we are the destination when it comes to delicious food and drink.

This month, we have the spotlight on our Scottish Shores and all of the incredible seafood we have readily available for us, including the famous Scottish Salmon.  

Fishing within Scotland has been important for hundreds of years, with Scottish waters producing some of the finest seafood in the world (we may be bias!) and will continue to do so for many years to come.
